Poor quality

I was happy that my parcel got delivered in 3 to 4 days. As it was my first experience, I didn't check the parcel and when I opened it, it was just 2 books out of 3. And the quality is not satisfactory. As a reader, I'll still read it but I'm feeling really bad by ordering it from here. I hope this happened by mistake and they'll solve this as soon as possible. But still the quality is not satisfactory. I'll highly suggest not to buy this!!
