Missing pages in almost 7 books i ordered

Kindly sell authentic books i have ordered 7 books and each have bad paper quality but i can bwar with paper quality but why pages are misssing why i spend alot of money on these books just to decorate in my bookshelf.. I am disappointed please dont do this to other students also .
