Pathetic

Pathetic experience, i have paid for premium quality and received a unreadable torn copy of no way near to cheap copies they usually forward in rupees 300, while i pay around 500 rupees just to get a better copy but sadly a big disappointment i acutally sent it back to replace by paying 400 rupees in courier and again received the worst copy where even they mentioned the price of 350 means they use my previously paid money for courier and send me another cheapest copy. i was a regular customer purchased 30k worth of books but not any more. Dua books is also their brand so please avoid them... they r now a big fraud.....extremely disappointed by their behavior.
