Pathetic service

Asalam-o-Alekum … v pathetic service… there is no way to contact them … they haven’t given any contact ….i msg on their pg.. and also called on number given on delivery parcel…. But no response… they have return policy.. but how to return if no means of contact available…. Pg admin contact me so i can return…
